Meet "Verde"
Verde is a lush, non-directional leaf-and-vine design with playful spiral tendrils. The scale is small-to-medium, so it reads softly on garments and doesn’t fight pattern pieces or style lines.
What sewists will notice:
-
Beautiful, fluid drape that elevates simple silhouettes
-
Non-directional print = easier layout and less waste
-
Multi-shade depth that works year-round
New Verde shades:
Verde in the shades of: Cream Pearl and Dusty Topaz
Verde in the shades of Nutmeg Rose and our new shade of Glacier Plum
Verde in the shades of Sheer French Blue and Twilight Blue
And lastly - The beautiful shade of Lagoon is amazing in the new Verde motif. I absolutely love this shade family.
Plus Four Fresh Additions
Alongside Verde, we’ve added four new Batik Rayon gems—your favorite motifs and a hand-dyed shade - with a twist featuring your favorite shades. It's always fun to place a favorite shade like Sangria on a new motif. The resulting fabric looks completely different.
Batik Rayon – Medora Flora – Sangria
Berry-plum Sangria washes into violet undertones, sprinkled with our playful circular Medora Flora blossoms for a soft, non-directional allover. The drapey rayon is lovely for blouses, dresses, and swishy skirts—and it coordinates perfectly with Hand Dyed Sangria and Valhalla in the shade of Sangria for effortless mix-and-match projects.
Batik Rayon – Hand Dyed – Lilac
A softly marbled wash of lilac and lavender with cool undertones that echo our Medora Flora – Lilac—tonal, airy, and serene. The fluid rayon drapes beautifully for jackets and coordinating blouses and pairs seamlessly with Medora Flora – Lilac (and other purple favorites) for easy mix-and-match projects including the Shawl-Style Jacket and Montrose Top.
Familiar favorites, remixed.
Gardenista Vine – Early Autumn drifts across creamy neutrals with woodland-hued berries, while Valhalla – Tuxedo Brass sets warm brass petals over deep navy-black.
P.S. Restocks are here, too.
We brought back a handful of Batik Rayon favorites—those wardrobe-friendly neutrals, tonals, and florals you’ve been asking for. If you missed them the first time, they’re back (for now!) and ready to mix with all the new arrivals.
