All regularly priced items are available for promotional discount during this sitewide sale.  However, there are exceptions.

Several of our items are priced WITH a discount. We discount these items 10% - 20% when creating their "regular price" due to the number of components included in the kits, bundles, and packs. Therefore these items are not eligible for this promotional discount.
