The Traditional Oven Mitt style is just that - traditional. It is a quilted fabric that includes the external and lining cotton sandwiched over fusible fleece and heat reflective fleece.

Our pattern includes a traceable shape of the oven mitt. You can change the shape if you wish and continue to follow the sewing steps provided in the pattern. The oven mitt includes a loop to make it super easy to hang the oven mitt in your kitchen area. 

 

Project Kit contents :

  • Traditional Oven Mitt Pattern
  • Two coordinating fabrics
  • One accent fabric for the bias binding
  • 1/3 yard of Poly-Term Heat Reflective Fleece
  • 1/2 yard of Fusible Fleece
 

Skill Level: Beginner to Intermediate. The pattern includes basic cutting and sewing.  The tricks are sewing through at least 4 layers and sewing curves.
